Indigo Park

History: Indigo Park The band was formed a year ago by experienced musicians whose paths had crossed whilst playing in different groups since the late 80s. Indigo Park is a high energy combo providing an alternative repertoire to the usual covers band. Based in north-west London, the group is available for gigs in London and surrounding areas.
Lead Vocals / Rhythm Guitar: Mike Norman With a life which is almost totally dominated by music, Mike has over twenty years gigging experience as a lead vocalist in covers and original bands. Mike, who has had formal voice coaching, provides the vocal power demanded of rock songs, with a range diverse enough to cover Queen to Bowie.
Lead Guitarist: Mike Chilton Having played in rock and funk/soul bands for two decades, Mike can lay down a great rhythm lick or blinding solo. However, like all good guitarists, he has an addictive need to buy vintage guitars …much to the dismay of his bank manager!
Bass Guitar / Backing Vocals: Phil Schyrber As an experienced gigging multi-instrumentalist, Phil instinctively provides a strong musical cohesion within the band on the bass. Being a true bassist, he’s the coolest in the band.
Drums: Laurence Pollinsky After 25 years of gigging with numerous rock / funk and jazz fusion bands, providing a high energy groove is just second nature to this lad.
